We kicked things off in County Tipperary at the Rock of Cashel, a dramatic limestone outcrop crowned with medieval ruins that practically whisper ancient legends of the Kings of Munster. Nearby, we explored Cahir Castle, an incredibly preserved 13th-century fortress sitting right on a rocky island in the River Suir—you can still feel its formidable medieval might.

Next up was the legendary Blarney Castle near Cork. We climbed the winding stone steps of this iconic stronghold to reach the famous Blarney Stone. Hanging upside down over a sheer drop to kiss the ancient stone was thrilling, but totally worth it for the promised “gift of the gab”!

Heading into Dublin, we walked the historic cobblestones of Trinity College (founded in 1592) to see the breathtaking Old Library and the priceless Book of Kells. Right in the heart of the city, we stood where Vikings once settled at Dublin Castle, a stunning blend of history and Georgian elegance that served as the seat of British rule for over 700 years.

Of course, no Dublin trip is complete without a pilgrimage to St. James’s Gate. We toured the legendary Guinness Brewery, tracing Arthur Guinness’s genius 1759 lease all the way to a perfectly poured pint.
