To celebrate Jasa’s 17th birthday she wanted the four of us to go to Centre Parcs up in the Elveden Forest Norfolk. We had an adventure including bowling, boating crazy gold and the infamous Segway W?&#!er incident.
Pines, Paddles, and Near-Misses: Celebrating 17 Years of Jasa!
There is nothing quite like the magic of the very first family getaway. When Jasa turned 17, she knew exactly how she wanted to celebrate: a four-person squad goals trip to Center Parcs tucked away in the beautiful Elveden Forest. Surrounded by towering trees and wildlife, it was the perfect backdrop for a milestone birthday and some much-needed family bonding.
Our itinerary was packed with classic Center Parcs adventures, and the competition was fierce. We hit the bowling alleys, took to the water for some boating, and challenged each other to a round of crazy golf.
The Scoreboard: In shocking news to absolutely no one, ReeRee dominated the mini-golf course yet again. Some traditions never die!
The absolute highlight of the trip, however, had to be the infamous Segway incident. Let’s just say Rooster nearly took a spectacular dive, giving us a heart-stopping moment that will forever be known as the “Segway W?&#!er” incident.
Thankfully, Rooster survived with dignity mostly intact. Between the hilarious near-misses, greeting the local woodland animals, and soaking up the absolutely fantastic weather, it was a birthday trip for the books. Here’s to many more adventures!
