Battersea Power Station is a Grade II* listed building in the London Borough of Wandsworth, in the United Kingdom. The power station was built in two stages: the first phase was completed in 1933 and the second in 1955. The power station was decommissioned in 1983 and stood vacant for over 30 years. In 2012, the site was purchased by a Malaysian consortium, and redevelopment began in 2013. The site now features luxury apartments, offices, and shopping areas, while maintaining the original power station’s structure and industrial aesthetic.

Visitors can explore the power station’s interior, including the control room, boiler rooms, and turbine halls. The site also features a range of restaurants, bars, and cafes, as well as a weekly farmers’ market. The redevelopment of Battersea Power Station has transformed the area into a vibrant and popular destination.
